		<description>you might be right for residential solar jobs, which do run in the lower dollar range compared to major utility AE.  The fact that you are trying to make it seem like the PTC extension  support is mostly based on it&#039;s solar benefits is ignorant. 
Wind is the largest growing energy sector, and it will be where the majority of these tech, construction, and development jobs are lost. If you look at the last time the PTCs did not pass it flattened wind production. This is what the AE community is talking about, but good try Mr. Rove.</description>
